In our initial consultation, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy and give you a feel for how I work. We’ll talk about your goals and any ideas you have about how therapy might support you. By the end of the session, we’ll decide together if moving forward feels like the right fit.

Finances
Sessions are $300 and last 50 minutes. I accept Credit Card, Paypal, and Venmo.

Insurance
I am not in network with any insurances; however, I am a qualified out-of-network behavioral health provider. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, then you are likely to receive reimbursement for a portion of treatment. To make the reimbursement process easier, I provide you with invoices to submit to your insurance carriers on a monthly basis.
If you plan to seek reimbursement for treatment, please check with your insurance provider to inquire about the details of your out-of-network benefits and request pre-approval to seek my services prior to our first visit.

I’m based in New York City, NY. I can work with individuals across the state of California, New Jersey and New York, individuals located in the state of Illinois, as well as Mainland China.

How Do Online Appointments Work?
I use HIPAA-complaint Zoom as our video conferencing platform. I will email you a link prior to our session. I also conduct phone sessions for those who prefer to do so.
